‘’ Yılmaz Boru was established in 1985 to cooperate with the world's leading companies in pipe and fittings as a distributor. In this process, it has contributed to the development of the country by serving the Turkish industry.

In 2009, the company changed its structure in this direction, within the framework of its vision to serve the country and the world in the fields of industrial, HVAC and fire, and to become a leading company in the international market. For this purpose, the UNITES brand was born.

Unites has established a strategic partnership with Giacomini, the world's largest manufacturer in its field. After 2012, the company transformed into Giacomini Unival and was restructured to have a say in production in the world.

Its production investments are developing to include new product groups and it exports every product it produces to the world market, mainly to European countries.

Giacomini Unival, which continues to produce technological valves and fire products and to make international investments related to them, continues its production and logistics activities by moving to a 7500 m2 area in Kocaeli SME Organized Industrial Zone in 2019.
