DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

Beytes has completed most of its work in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) basis. As an EPC Contractor, Beytes carries out the pioneering discipline Design and Engineering through his in-house team or through specialized subcontractors with the co-ordination of fully equipped main design office.

Being active in many regions and working with many clients, our experienced staff became familiar with most of the international codes such as Turkish, European, British, American, Russian, Turkmenistan Specifications and as well as the architectural preferences of local authorities.

PLANNING AND FEASIBILITY

Beytes ’s main aim is not only to create a good construction but aims that the construction meets all the needs required. For this purpose, preliminary engineering studies which are neccessary in the starting process of industrial facilities, residential, commercial etc. investment structures being planned, make economic and technical feasibility studies on relationship between initial investment and operating costs, and on suitability of value conditions of investment time. At the same time, considering the environmental, social and economic dimensions all together, aims to provide the infrastructure required for the future as well, while meeting today’s needs. In the process of project of investment, facility and construction costs are offered to the customer in conjunction with detailed explorations alternatively. The conditions which will create the technical and administrative specifications decisive for facility or structure are determined on preliminary engineering or feasibility studies.

Purchasing of all technical materials necessary for the plant or construction, shipping and storage services of materials and equipments, materials and/or equipment installation and commissioning on site, equipment testing, installation/application inspection services are performed in accordance with existing work schedules and customer requests.
